RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, AMENDING THE 2007-2008 BUDGET OF THE
WICHITA FALLS ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION IN THE
AMOUNT OF $33,116 TO EXTEND ELECTRICITY TO THE LIFT
STATION; FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT
WHICH THIS RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE
PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, The Wichita Faiis Economic Development Corporation met on June
25 to consider a quote from ONCOR in the amount of $33,116 to extend electricity to
the pump station in the Wichita Falis Business Park; and
WHEREAS, The Wichita Falis Economic Development Corporation is
recommending an amendment to their 2007-2008 Budget in the amount of $33,116 to
extend electricity to the pump station.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The Wichita Falls Economic Development Corporation's 2007-2008
Budget is hereby amended in the amaunt of $33,116 to extend electricity to the pump
station.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
