RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, APPROVING A GOLF CART LEASE WITH
CITICAPITAL COMMERCIAL CORPORATION FOR THE LEASE OF 65
GOLF CARTS AT THE CHAMPIONS COURSE AT WEEKS PARK;
FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS
RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS
REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, On May 1, 2007, the Wichita Falls City Council passed Resolution
#73-2007, approving an agreement with Club Cart to dissolve a lease for golf carts; and
WHEREAS, The agreement bound the City to a new lease agreement with Club
Cart with the same terms and conditions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The attached 48-month lease-purchase agreement with CitiCapital
Commercial Corporation for 65 golf carts at a unit cost of $50.05/month is hereby
approved.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
