RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT WITH CORNERSTONE ENGINEERING F�R THE
COMPLETION OF RESEARCH AND A SURVEY OF THE CITY'S
PROPERTY OWNERSHIP AT LAKE WICHITA; FINDING AND
DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION
WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the City Councii has an interest in the further development of the
Lake Wichita area for public benefit purposes; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City to determine ownership
boundaries in order to pursue such purposes;.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RES4LVED BY THE CITY COUNCI� OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an Agreement
with Cornerstone Engineering in an amount nat to exceed $114,500.00. The
Agreement shall be in a format to be approved by the Mayor, the City Manager, and the
City Attorney.
SECTION 2.. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
