Resolution authorizing award of bid for the purchase of two
Aluminum Solid Waste Transfer Trailers to East Manufacturing
Corporation, in the amount of $138,000.00
WHEREAS, the City advertised and requested bids for the purchase of two
Aluminum Solid Waste Transfer Trailers; and,
WHEREAS, bids were received and publicly opened on January 6, 2017; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the lowest responsible bidder was East
Manufacturing Corporation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The bid for the purchase of two Aluminum Solid Waste Transfer Trailers is
awarded to East Manufacturing Corporation in the amount of $138,000.00 , and City
staff is authorized to execute all documents necessary to purchase said items in
accordance with the bid specifications.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 21st day of February, 2017.
