RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE APPROVAL OF THE STORM
WATER MANAGEMENT PLAN FOR IMPLEMENTATION AND TO
FORWARD TO TEXAS COMMISSION ON ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY
TO APPLY FOR PHASE II MUNICIPAL SEPARATE STORM SEWER
SYSTEM PERMIT.; FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING
AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE
PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls desires to approve the Storm Water
Management Plan; and
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls desires to file Notice of Intent for the Phase
II Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System Permit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. Authorization is granted approving the Storm Water Management
Plan and to file with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality for permit
approval.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
