Resolution awarding bid and contract for the 2017 North Beverly
Pump Station Pump Discharge Header Rehab Project, to Triton
Lining System LLC in the Amount of $60,000.00
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls requested a proposal for the 2017 North
Beverly Pump Station Pump Discharge Header Rehab Project, CWF17 -542-13; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that Triton Lining System, LLC, Co., provided a proposal
with an estimated total of $60,000.00; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that this action is necessary to preserve and protect the
public health of the City’s residents by providing them an adequate water source and
Triton is the only source able to perform the work.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The lump sum proposal for the 2017 North Beverly Pump Station Pump
Discharge Header Rehab Project, CWF17-542-13 is awarded to Triton Lining System
LLC, in an estimated total amount of $60,000.00, and the City Manager is authorized to
execute a contract for the City with said Contractor for the construction of such project.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 7th day of February 2017.
