Resolution authorizing award of bid for the purchase of one F-550
Cab and Chassis with a Container Carrier to Pruitt Ford, LLC in the
amount of $68,938.00
WHEREAS, the City advertised and requested bids for the purchase of one F-
550 Cab and Chassis with a Container Carrier; and,
WHEREAS, bids were received and publicly opened on January 23, 2017; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the lowest responsible bidder was Pruitt
Ford.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The bid for the purchase of one F-550 Cab and Chassis with a Container Carrier
is awarded to Pruitt Ford, LLC in the amount of $68,938.00, and City staff are
authorized to execute all documents necessary to purchase said items in accordance
with the bid specifications.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 7th day of February, 2017.
