Resolution awarding bid and contract for the 2015 Quail Creek at
Lawrence Road Riprap Repair Project to McGrath Concrete
Construction Inc. in the amount of $156,846.00
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the 2015 Quail
Creek at Lawrence Road Riprap Repair Project; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is McGrath Concrete
Construction, who made a unit price bid with an estimated total of $156,846.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The unit price bid for the 2015 Quail Creek at Lawrence Road Riprap Repair
Project is awarded to McGrath Concrete Construction, in an estimated total amount of
$156,846.00, and the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City with
said Contractor for the construction of such project.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 6th day of October, 2015.
