Resolution awarding construction services contract to NRB
Construction, LLC for the construction of an expansion to the Animal
Services Center for animal adoptions in the amount of $699,718 .
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls desires to increase the number of animals
adopted each year; and,
WHEREAS, proposals from general contractors were received and evaluated by
the City, and NRB Construction Co., LLC was the contractor of choice.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Authorization is hereby granted to award a construction contract to NRB
Construction, LLC for the construction of an expansion to the Animal Services Center
for animal adoptions in the amount of $6 99,718.
