Resolution awarding Bid and Contract for the 2016 Falls Bridge
Replacement and Trail Improvement Project t o Duke Holding
Company, Inc. dba Duke Construction Company in the amount of
$361,879.00
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the 2016 Falls
Bridge Replacement and Trail Improvement Project; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is Duke Construction
Company, which made a unit price bid with an estimated total of $361,879.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The unit price bid for the 2016 Falls Bridge Replacement and Trail Improvement
Project is awarded to Duke Holding Company, Inc. dba Duke Construction Company, in
an estimated total amount of $361,879.00, and the City Manager is authorized to
execute a contract for the City with said Contractor for the construction of such project.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 20th day of December, 2016.
