Resolution approving Change Order No. 2 for the 2016 Asphalt Street
Rehabilitation Project
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has tabulated the final quantities for a
deduct of $78,853.11 from the current contract amount to finalize and accept the 2016
Asphalt Street Rehabilitation Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is authorized to execute Change Order No. 2 for the 2016
Asphalt Street Rehabilitation Project in the amount of a deduction of$78,853.11.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 20th day of December, 2016.
