RESOLUTION NO. _92-2011__
Resolution Authorizing The City Manager To Execute A Professional
Services Agreement With Biggs And Mathews Environmental, Inc.
For Engineering Services For The City Of Wichita Falls Landfill, In An
Amount Of $70,000 For Basic Services
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls Landfill requires annual environmental
engineering services for testing, surveying, and reporting in order to meet Texas
Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) regulations; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has determined that Biggs and Mathews
Environmental, Inc. is qualified to provide Engineering Services for the City of Wichita
Falls Landfill.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Professional Services
The City Manager is authorized to execute the attached
Agreement
with Biggs and Mathews Environmental, Inc, with changes as approved by
the City Attorney, for engineering services for the City of Wichita Falls Landfill, in an
amount of $70,000 for basic services.
