Ordinance Of The City Council Of The City Of Wichita Falls, Texas,
Reappointing Dan Tompkins As Substitute Judge Of The Municipal
Court For A Term Of Two Years
WHEREAS, Dan Tompkins was reappointed as a substitute judge of the
Municipal Court by Ordinance No. 52 -2009, for a two -year term expiring September 18,
2011;
WHEREAS, Dan Tompkins has agreed to serve an additional two -year term as a
substitute Municipal Court Judge, to act in the place and stead of the Municipal Judge
during any period in which he is temporarily unable to act for any reason.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Dan Tompkins is hereby re- appointed as a substitute judge of the Municipal
Court for a term of two years from October 18, 2011.
