ORDINANCE MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FROM THE AIRPORT
EQUITY FUND FOR PURPOSES OF REMODELING THE WICHITA
FALLS MUNICIPAL AIRPORT TERMINAL FOR TRANSPORTATION
SECURITY ADMINISTRATION PURPOSES; FINDING AND
DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS ORDINANCE
WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to use funds from Airport Equity to remodel
the Wichita Falls Municipal Airport for Transportation Security Administration purposes;
and
WHEREAS, a portion of the Airport Equity Fund must be appropriated by Council
so that funds can be used for the cited reason;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the Airport Equity Fund a
current amount of $135,000.00 for this project.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this ordinance was passed was open to the public as required by law.
