Resolution awarding Professional Services Agreement to Express
Services, Inc. as the primary temporary staffing services provider for
the City of Wichita Falls Building Maintenance part-time janitorial
staff
WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is in the City’s best interest to use
temporary staffing agencies to provide part-time custodial services for the City; and,
WHEREAS, the City staff solicited proposals from temporary staffing service
agencies to provide these custodial services.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
A proposal received by Express Services, Inc. to become the City’s primary
temporary staffing services provider for custodial services in the estimated amount of
$147,461 is hereby approved.
