RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS. TEXAS, TO APPROVE CHANGE ORDER NO 1 FOR THE FIRE
DRILL FIELD PROJECT, FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE
MEETING AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS OPEN
TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED By LAW.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has entered into a contract for tho
constriction of the Fire Drill Field Project with Electra Construction Company, Inc.', and
and WHEREAS, a redesign was necessary to accommodate gas transmission lines
WHEREAS the estimated cost of this change is $11,622 00 and 75 additions
contract days.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS.. TEXAS, THAT
SECTION 1. Change Order No 1 for the Fire Drill Field Project in the amount a
511,022 00 and 75 additional contract days is hereby approved and the City Manager Ic
authorized to execute Change Order No 1.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law,
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 7th day of January, 2003 .
