RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, TO AWARD BID AND CONTRACT FOR THE 2003
RRWWTP CLARIFIER REPAIR PROJECT, CWF 03- 530 -14. FINDING
AND DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS
RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS
REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, The 2003 RRWWTP Clarifier Repair Project; and
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest, responsible bidder is B -W Environmental
who made a unit price bid with an estimated total of $118,000.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1 . Said unit price bid of B -W Environmental with an estimated total of
$118,000.00 is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is authorized to execute a
contract for the City with said Contractor for the construction of such project.
SECTION 2 . It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
