RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, ENDORSING AN APPLICATION TO THE 4B BOARD
OF DIRECTORS FOR A TWO -WAY RADIO PROJECT; FINDING AND
DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION
WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, City staff has completed a request for proposals process for two -
way radios and begun negotiations with a vendor for their services, and
WHEREAS, The Wichita Falls 4B Board Corporation has been identified as a
funding source for this project; and
WHEREAS, The City Council wishes to endorse this project and request the 4B
Board's consideration of this project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1 . The City Council hereby endorses an application to the 4B Board of
Directors for a two -way radio project.
SECTION 2 . It is Hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
