RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, TO ENDORSE AN APPLICATION TO THE WICHITA
FALLS SALES TAX BOARD FOR THE PUBLIC SAFETY TRAINING
CENTER; FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT
WHICH THIS RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE
PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the design of the Public Safety Training Center is complete; and
WHEREAS, it is expected the project will be let in late February of 2003; and
WHEREAS, the Wichita Falls City Council endorses an application to the Wichita
Falls Sales Tax Board for project authorization of the Public Safety Training Center.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1 . The Wichita Falls City Council endorses an application to the
Wichita Falls Sales Tax Board for project authorization of the Public Safety Training
Center.
SECTION 2 . It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
