RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF DIGITAL VIDEO
RECORDING SYSTEMS FOR PUBLIC TRANSIT BUSES FROM ZEPCO
SALES & SERVICE IN THE AMOUNT OF $51,411.95; FINDING AND
DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION
WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls is a member to the Texas Building and
Procurement Commission purchasing cooperative; and
WHEREAS, digital video recording systems from two Catalog Information
Services vendors were evaluated by staff; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to purchase digital video recording systems
for the public transit buses.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1 . Authorization is hereby granted for the purchase of digital video
recording systems for public transit buses from Zepco Sales & Service, in the amount of
$51,411.95.
SECTION 2 . It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
