RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, MAKING SALARY ADJUSTMENTS TO COUNCIL
APPOINTEES; FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT
WHICH THIS RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE
PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the City Council is responsible for the appointment, evaluation and
performance of certain officials of the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1 . The annual salary of the City Manager is set at $146,562.00. The
annual salary of the City Attorney is set at $106,965.00. The annual salary of the City
Clerk is set at $50,834.00. The annual salary of the Municipal Judge is set at
$71,610.00.
SECTION 2 . The salary increases shall be effective October 1, 2003.
SECTION 3. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
