RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A
CONTRACT WITH BUNDY, YOUNG, SIMS & POTTER, INC. FOR
ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES FOR THE REROOFING OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS PUBLIC LIBRARY; FINDING AND DETERMINING
THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION WAS PASSED
WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls desires to have the roof of the public library
replaced; and,
WHEREAS, Staff is proposing to use Bundy, Young, Sims & Potter, Inc. for
architectural services for this project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1 . The Architectural Services Contract is hereby approved, and the
City Manager is authorized to execute said contract.
SECTION 2 . It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
