Ordinance Amending Ordinance No. 104-2005 To Increase The
Number Of Special Service Vehicles Permitted To David Zentgraf,
DBA Moonlight Limousine, From Three Vehicles To Four Vehicles
WHEREAS, Ordinance 104-2005 authorized a franchise for special service for
limousine transportation to David Zentgraf, dba Moonlight Limousine, and Ordinance
No. 19-2007 increased the number of vehicles permitted to said company from one to
three; and
WHEREAS, David Zentgraf has requested the number of permits be increased
from three to four; and
WHEREAS, the City Council conducted a public hearing to consider this request
and finds that an increase in the number of permits authorized to David Zentgraf,
Moonlight Taxi, is required for public convenience and necessity.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Ordinance No. 104-2005 is amended to increase the number of special service
vehicles permitted to David Zentgraf dba Moonlight Limousine to four vehicles.
