[RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, TO APPROVE CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 FOR THE
LARGE WATER MAIN IMPROVEMENT PROJECT; FINDING AND
DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION
WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has entered into a contract for the
construction of the Large Water Main Improvement Project with Wichita Contractors,
Inc.; and
WHEREAS, additional services are necessary to maintain the scope of this
project; and
WHEREAS, the estimated cost of this change if $11,253.00 and 45 additional
contract days.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
S ECTION 1 . Change Order No. 1 for the Large Water Main Improvement
Project in the amount of $11,253.00 and 45 additional contract days is hereby approved
and the City Manager is authorized to execute Change Order No. 1.
S ECTION 2 . It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
