RESOLUTION TO AWARD OF BID FOR THE PURCHASE OF A FRONT
END LOADER /BACKHOE WITH A HYDRAULIC HAMMER TO C.L.
BOYD COMPANY, INC., IN THE AMOUNT OF $61,289.00; FINDING
AND DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS
RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS
REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, on February 17, 2003, the City received bids for the purchase of a
front -end loader /backhoe: and
WHEREAS, C.L. Boyd Company, Inc. is the lowest responsible bidder for the
purchase.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
