RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS,
TEXAS APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO SERVE ON THE WICHITA
APPRAISAL DISTRICT BOARD OF DIRECTORS; FINDING AND
DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHO. H THIS RESOLUTION WAS
PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the term of service of the City of Wichita Falls/Wichita Falls
Independent School District shared member of,the Board of Directors of the
Wichita Appraisal District expired December 31, 2002; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the City of Wichita Falls to submit the
name of the shared member appointed by the City Council to serve a two -year
term, expiring December 31, 2004 on said Board of Directors.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1 . Kimberly George is hereby appointed by the City Council
to serve on the Board of Directors of the Wichita Appraisal District as a member
representing the City of Wichita Falls and Wichita Falls Independent School District.
SECTION 2 . It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at which
this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
