RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS,
TEXAS, AUTHORIZING AWARD OF BID FOR THE PURCHASE OF TWO (2)
RUBBER TIRE FRONT END LOADERS FROM WARREN CAT IN THE
AMOUNT OF $306,804.00, FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE
MEETING AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE
PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls advertised and requested bids for two (2)
rubber tire front end loaders; and
WHEREAS, bids were received and publicly opened on July 14, 2003; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to purchase two (2) rubber tire front -end
loaders.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1 . Authorization be granted to award bid for the purchase of two (2)
rubber tire front end loaders to Warren Cat in the amount of $306,804.00.
SECTION 2 . It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 5th day of August 2003.
