RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID AND CONTRACT FOR THE 2003 STREET
REHABILITATION PROJECT, CWF 03- 100 -12; FINDING AND DETERMINING
THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS
OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has entered into a contract for the
construction of the 2003 Street Rehabilitation Project (CWF03- 100 -12) with Freeman
Construction Co.; and
WHEREAS, additional services are desired to extend the scope of this project;
and
WHEREAS, the estimated cost of this change is $301,743.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1 . Change Order No. 1 for the 2003 Street Rehabilitation Project
(CWF03- 100 -12) in the amount of $301,743.00 is hereby approved and the City
Manager is authorized to execute Change Order No. 1.
SECTION 2 . It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
