RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS,
TEXAS, APPROVING THE FY 2003 -2004 BUDGET FOR THE WICHITA
FALLS (4B) SALES TAX CORPORATION; FINDING AND DETERMINING
THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS
OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors for the Wichita Falls 4B Sales Tax Corporation met
on June 27, 2001 and approved a proposed budget for FY 2003 -2004; and
WHEREAS, the By -laws of the Corporation stipulate that the City Council shall
approve the Corporation's budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1 . The proposed budget of the Wichita Falls 4B Sales Tax Corporation for
Fiscal Year 2003 -2004 is hereby approved.
SECTION 2 . It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at which this
resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
