Ordinance Of The City Council Of The City Of Wichita Falls, Texas,
Authorizing A Franchise For Special Service Vehicles To Claudio
Ramirez, Jr. DBA Wichita Limousine And Special Service Vehicles
WHEREAS, Claudio Ramirez, Jr., has filed an application with the City Clerk's
Office for a special service vehicle franchise for general transportation within the city
limits of Wichita Falls; and
WHEREAS, the application submitted meets the requirements as set forth in
Chapter 110 of the Code of Ordinances regulating Vehicles for Hire; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held to receive public comments regarding the
granting of such franchise.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Claudio Ramirez, Jr., dba Wichita Limousine and Special Service Vehicles, is
authorized a special service vehicle franchise with a total of two permits, with said
franchise expiring October 2014.
