RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1) EACH
1 '' /,TON CAB & CHASSIS I -ROM PRUITT FORD IN THE AMOUNT OF
$26,068.00, FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT
WHICH THIS RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE
PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls advertised and requested bids for the
purchase of one (1) each 1 -1/2 ton crab & chassis, and
WHEREAS, bids were received and publicly opened on February 3, 2004, and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to purchase a 1 -112 ton cab & chassis for
the City's Traffic Engineering Deparlment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAI:
SEC TION 1. Authorization is granted to award the bid for the purchase of one (1)
each 1 -112 ton cab and chassis to Pruitt Ford of Burkburnett, Texas in the amount of
$26,068.00.
S ECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
