RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, AMENDING THE 2003 -2004 BUDGET OF THE
WICHITA FALLS ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION FOR
ENGINEERING AND LANDSCAPE DESIGN SERVICES FOR THE
WICHITA FALLS BUSINESS PARK, FINDING AND DETERMINING
THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION WAS PASSED
WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, The Wichita Falls Economic Development Corporation met on
March 12 to consider a staff proposal for consulting engineering and landscape design
services, and
WHEREAS, The Corporation has recommended an amendment in the amount of
$240,000 for these services, and
WHEREAS, These services are necessary to complete development of the
Wichita Falls Business Park.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT
SECT ION 1. The Fiscal Year 2003 -2004 Budget of the Wichita Falls Economic
Development Corporation is hereby amended in the amount of $240,000 for the
engineering and landscape design services.
SECTIO 2 . It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
