RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF TWO (2) EACH %-
TON CAB & CHASSIS FROM FOUR STARS MOTORS IN THE AMOUNT
OF $21,466.68; FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT
WHICH THIS RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE
PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls advertised and requested bids for the
purchase of two (2) '/� -ton cab & chassis; and
WHEREAS, bids were received and publicly opened on December 23, 2003; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to purchase two (2) '/ -ton cab & chassis for
the City's vehicle fleet.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT
SE CTION 1 . Authorization is granted to award the bid for the purchase of two (2)
/ -ton cab & chassis to the low bidder Four Stars Motors of Henrietta, Texas in the
amount of $21,466.68.
SE CTION 2 . It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
