RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH BUNDY, YOUNG, SIMS
& POTTER, INC. FOR ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES FOR THE
ADDITION TO THE WICHITA FALLS — WICHITA COUNTY PUBLIC
HEALTH DISTRICT FACILITY, FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT
THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS
OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls desires to complete the addition to the
Health Department, and
WHEREAS, Staff is proposing to use Bundy, Young, Sims & Potter, Inc. for
architectural services for this project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT
SECTION 1. The Architectural Services Contract is hereby approved and the
City Manager is authorized to execute said contract with Bundy, Young, Sims & Potter,
Inc. for architectural service for the Health Department Addition.
SECT 2 . It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
