RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH MESA DESIGN GROUP
FOR LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES FOR THE
DEVELOPMENT OF THE WICHITA FALLS BUSINESS PARK; FINDING
AND DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS
RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS
REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls desires to construct and require certain
landscape features at the Wichita Falls Business Park; and
WHEREAS, Staff is proposing to use Mesa Design Group for landscape
architectural services for this project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT
SECTI 1 . The Landscape Architectural Services Contract is hereby approved
and the City Manager is authorized to execute said contract with Mesa Design Group
for landscape architectural service for the Wichita Falls Business Park.
SECTI 2 . It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
