RESOLUTION OF OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1) EACH
MINI VAN FROM HERB EASLEY MOTORS IN THE AMOUNT OF
$18,052.64; FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT
WHICH THIS RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE
PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls advertised and requested bids for the
purchase of one (1) each mini van, and
WHEREAS, bids were received and publicly opened on December 23, 2003; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to purchase one (1) each mini van for the
City's vehicle fleet.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SE CTION 1 . Authorization is granted to award the bid for the purchase of one (1)
each mini van to the low bidder Herb Easley Motors of Wichita Falls, Texas in the
amount of $18,052.64.
SE CTION 2 . It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
