RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, ENDORSING AN APPLICATION TO THE WICHITA
FALLS ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION FOR
ENGINEERING AND LANDSCAPE DESIGN SERVICES FOR THE
WICHITA FALLS BUSINESS PARK, FINDING AND DETERMINING
THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION WAS PASSED
WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, requests for Qualifications have been distributed and received for
engineering and landscape design services for the Wichita Falls Business Park, and
WHEREAS, a scope of services and price have been negotiated with the
respective firm for said services; and
WHEREAS, the next appropriate step in the development of the Wichita Falls
Business Park involves these consulting services.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT
SEC 1 . The Wichita Falls City Council wishes to endorse an application for
engineering and landscape design services to the Wichita Falls Economic Development
Corporation.
SE CTION 2 . It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
