RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1) EACH
LIFT TRUCK FROM DARR LIFT IN THE AMOUNT OF $44,940.00;
FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS
RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS
REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls advertised and requested bids for the
purchase of one (1) each lift truck, and
WHEREAS, bids were received and publicly opened on February 12, 2004, and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to purchase a lift truck for the City's fleet.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT
SE 1. Authorization is granted to award the bid for the purchase of one (1)
each lift truck to the low bidder Darr Lift in the amount of $44,940.00.
SE 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
