RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING AWARD OF BID TO LONE OAK
LANDSCAPE IN THE AMOUNT OF $41,853.00; FINDING AND
DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION
WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls advertised and requested bids for seedbed
preparation and planting 100 -acre Business Park; and
WHEREAS, bids were received and publicly opened on April 9 2004; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to have the 100 -acre tract reclaimed for the
new Business Park.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT
SEC 1 _. Award is hereby made to the overall low bidder Lone Oak
Landscape in the amount of $41,853.00.
SECTIO 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
