RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING CHANGE ORDER #3 FOR THE PUBLIC
SAFETY TRAINING CENTER; FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE
MEETING AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS OPEN
TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, Certain modifications to the Public Safety Training Center are
required to make the building more functional, and
WHEREAS, The City and its Architect have proposed various changes to the
construction contract to accomplish these modifications; and
WHEREAS, The value of Change Order #3 for the Public Safety Training Center
totals $50,736.03.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT
SECTION 1 . Change Order #3, in the amount of $50,736.03, for the Public
Safety Training Center is hereby approved.
SECTION 2 . It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
