RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING AWARD OF BID FOR THE
PURCHASE OF A SKID STEER LOADER FROM WARREN CAT IN
THE AMOUNT OF $30,747.00. FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT
THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS
OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls advertised and requested bids for the
purchase of a skid steer loader; and
WHEREAS, bids were received and publicly opened on October 29, 2004; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to purchase a skid steer loader for the
Street Maintenance Division,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT
SECT i . Authorization is granted to award bid for the purchase of a skid
steer loader to Warren CAT in the amount of $30,747.00.
SEC TION 2. It Is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law,
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 161 day of November, 2004.
