RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING AWARD OF BID FOR THE PURCHASE
OF FOUR (4) AUTOCAD 2005 SOFTWARE PACKAGES AND FIVE (5)
AUTOCAD 2005 SUPPORT SUBSCRIPTIONS TO OLT SOLUTIONS,
INC. IN THE AMOUNT OF $2],88].80; FINDING AND DETERMINING
THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION WAS PASSED
WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has received a bid for the purchase of four
(4) AutoCAD 2005 Software packages and five (5) AuWCAD 2005 Support
Subscriptions, and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to purchase said software and support for
the Engineering Division.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT
SECTION 1 . Authorization is granted to award bid for the purchase of four
AutoCAD 2005 Software packages and five (5) AutoCAD 2005 Support Subscriptions
to DLT Solutions, Inc., in the amount of $2],88].80.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resdil was passed was open to the public as required by law.
