RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO THE WICHITA
FALLS ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION 2004 -2005
BUDGET IN THE AMOUNT OF $65,000 FOR A CONSULTING
SERVICES AGREEMENT; FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE
MEETING AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS OPEN
TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the Wichita Falls Economic Development Corporation met on
January 3, 2005 to consider a Consulting. Services Agreement with Trinity Works; and
WHEREAS, Trinity Works has served in a consulting relationship with City staff
and the Board of Commerce and Industry since the inception of the Wichita Falls
Business Park; and
WHEREAS, It is necessary and appropriate to continue the consulfing
arrangement with Trinity Works.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT
SECTION 1. The Wichita Falls Economic Development Corporation 20042005
Budget is hereby amended in the amount of $65,000 for a Consulting Service
Agreement with Trinity Works, LLC.
SECTION 2 . It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was opento the public as required by law_
