RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS. AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO THE 4B
CORPORATION'S FISCAL YEAR 2004 -2005 BUDGET IN THE AMOUNT
OF $750000 FOR THE RIVER BEND NATURE CENTER, FINDING AND
DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION
WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BYLAW.
WHEREAS, the 4B Board of Directors did meet on Thursday, October 14, to
consider a request from River Bend Nature Works for a Nature Center; and
WHEREAS, The 4B Board of Directors did accept the project; and
WHEREAS, The 4B Board has recommended an amendment to the Fiscal Year
2004 -2005 Budget in the amount of $750,000 for the project.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT;
SECTI _1, The 4B Corporation's Fiscal Year 2004 -2005 Budget is hereby
amended in the amount of $750,000 for a Nature Center.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
