RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE FISCAL YEAR 2005 -2006 ANNUAL
BUDGET OF THE WICHITA FALLS 4B SALES TAX CORPORATION;
FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS
RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS
REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, The Wichita Falls 4B Sales Tax Corporation Board of Directors did
meet on August 25, 2005 to consider a budget for the 2005 -2006 Fiscal Year; and
WHEREAS, The recommended budget was approved and recommended for
City Council consideration and approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1 . The 2005 -2006 Fiscal Year Budget of the 4B Sales Tax Board is
hereby approved.
SECTION 2 . It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
