RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A
CONTRACT WITH HALFF ASSOCIATES, INC. FOR ENGINEERING
SERVICES FOR THE DESIGN OF MCGRATH CREEK DRAINAGE
IMPROVEMENTS PHASE 2 AND 3, FINDING AND DETERMINING
THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION WAS PASSED
WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls desires to have the McGrath Creek
Drainage Improvements Phase 2 and 3 designed, and
WHEREAS, Staff is proposing to use Halff Associates, Inc. for engineering
services for this project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SE CTION 1 . The Engineering Services Contract is hereby approved and the City
Manager is authorized to execute said contract.
SE CTION 2 . It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 6th day of January, 2004.
