RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, TO ACCEPT THE NORTH BEVERLY AND LAKE
KICKAPOO PUMP STATION REWIRE AND MOTOR STARTER
REPLACEMENT PROJECT CWF 03- 550 -27 ANO AUTHORIZE FINAL
PAYMENT TO ENO ELECTRICAL, INC.; FINDING AND DETERMINING
THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION WAS PASSED
WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls entered a unit price contract with EMD
Electrical, Inc, with the estimated total cast of $16,000.00, and
WHEREAS, the actual work was completed at a total east of $16,000,00 of which
$13,60000 has been previously paid to the contractor, leaving an amount due of
$2,400.00, and
WHEREAS, the City staff has inspected the work and found it to be acceptable.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1 . The North Beverly and Lake Kickapoo Pump Station Rewire and
Motor Starter Replacement Project CWF 03- 550 -2T I5 hereby accepted, and the City
Manager is authorized to make final payment to the contractor.
SECTION 2 . It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
