RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO SIGN A
COMMUNICATION SYSTEM AGREEMENT FOR THE INSTALLATION
AND MAINTENANCE OF A TWO -WAY RADIO SYSTEM WITH DAILEY
AND WELLS COMMUNICATIONS; FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT
THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS
OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, The City's existing two -way radio system is in need of replacement,
and
WHEREAS, The City of Wichita Falls has conducted a competitive procurement
process and selected Dailey and Wells Communications, and
WHEREAS, A Communications System Agreement has been negotiated for the
installation and maintenance of a two -way radio system.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT.
S ECTION 1 . The City Manager of the City of Wichita Falls is hereby authorimd to
sign a Communications System Agreement for the installation and maintenance of a
two -way radio system with Dailey and Wells Communications.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at which
this resolution was passed was open to the public as required . by law.
