RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, AWARDING BID AND CONTRACT FOR RE- ROOFING
OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS PUBLIC LIBRARY PROJECT,
CWF04- 100 -05; FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT
WHICH THIS RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE
PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the construction
of the Re- roofing of the City of Wichita Falls Public Library Project CWF04- 100 -05; and
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest, responsible bidder is Armored Roofing
Co., Inc. who made a lump sum bid with an estimated total of $237,132.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE. CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT
SECT 1 . Said lump sum bid of Armored Roofing Co., Inc., with an estimated
total of $237,132.00 is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is authorized to execute
a contract for the City with said Contractor for the construction of such project.
SECTION 2 . It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
