RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE WICHITA FALLS
PUBLIC HOUSING ASSISTANCE (PHA) PLAN; FINDING AND
DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION
WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls Public Housing Assistance (PHA) Program
is required to develop a Five -Year Public Housing Agency Plan; and
WHEREAS, the PHA Plan has been presented to the City Council, and the
actions therein are appropriate for the coming year; and
WHEREAS, the City Council, acting as the PHA's board, approves and accepts
the PHA Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1 . The City Council accepts and approves the proposed PHA Plan.
SECTION 2 . It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
